Reports 2020

Collection of Reports

Reports will be available to collect from school during your allocated time during the week beginning 13th July. Reports have been written based upon information gathered prior to lockdown. Reports may therefore not be an accurate picture of where your child is now in terms of academic ability, socially or emotionally or in terms of behaviour.

In addition to reports you will be able to collect a slip informing you of your child’s class and teacher for September 2020. Year 6 will be able to collect their graduation certificate and autograph/memory book too.

To collect reports please use the rear entrance to school only. There is a one way system in place; please use the pedestrian gate and the path to enter the main playground and use the road and the vehicle gate to exit the playground.

Reports can be collected from the old year 6 mobile classroom in the playground. Parents and pupils will enter the classroom through one door and exit through another – these will be clearly signposted. Only ONE parent may accompany their child or collect reports on behalf of their child.  Due to strict social distancing measures there will not be space for everyone to enter the hut at the same time. Markings will be in place to assist in maintaining social distancing.  Hand sanitiser will be available. Please do wear face coverings if you possess them.

Whilst we appreciate that you may wish to say goodbye to your/ your child’s current teacher we must insist that there are no lengthy conversations when you collect. This is for everyone’s safety. You will be able to enter the room talk while you take your report and leave via the exit. Please be aware that you may have to queue in the playground if there is the maximum number of people inside the classroom. There will be no opportunity to discuss your child with class teachers. Please leave school site promptly following collection in order to avoid groups forming.
