So far we have been looking at how to express ourselves in a range of ways. We've done a range of activities to support us to help us express how we are feeling.

We can often have negative thoughts or people around us. It allows us to think about what we are grateful for in life and how fortunate we are when we can think and reflect. therefore we turn a negative into a positive
