Today for Mental Health Awareness, we are keeping a journal of our feelings. I have enclosed a worksheet for some inspiration. You need to include today's date, how you are feeling and why. The sheet has other boxes so you can include three things you enjoyed and something you would like to do tomorrow. It does not need to be tomorrow, it could be after lockdown is over. As always, you do need to complete the worksheet, you can set it out in your homework book and illustrate it with some beautiful drawings.
